The new application forms in the field of state registration of legal entities, individual- entrepreneurs and community groups were approved

The new application forms in the field of state registration of legal entities, individual- entrepreneurs and community groups were approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 01.06.2016 № 15/5.

The Order came into force on 13.01.2016  and provides 17 new application forms.
