Two more application forms in the field of state registration of legal entities, individual-entrepreneurs and community groups were approved

The new application forms were approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 06.05.2016 #1327/5 and are related to the separate division of the legal entity, namely:

-         The application for state registration of the termination of a legal entity separate division

-         The application for state registration of changes in information about legal entity separate division mentioned in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, individual - entrepreneurs and community groups.
