The Parliament of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding deregulation in agricultural sector” on December 8, 2015.
"The Law abolishes or limits an action of certain permitting procedures and requirements when implementing the economic activities of agricultural enterprises and limits the powers of public authorities concerning functions of state control," – informs the press service of the Parliament.
By this Law, in particular, is:

Canceled the necessity for legal entities to obtain an authorization document –
import quarantine permit;
•
Clarified the term "operational permit" in the Law of Ukraine
"On the baby food";
•
Established the cases when certain veterinary documents for fodder is needed with the aim of carrying out state
veterinary control.
•
Established the list of agricultural chemicals that are permitted for import,
production, trade, use without state registration, etc.
"With the adoption of the Law there will be an essential reduction of administrative costs for farmers. In addition, it will be easier for new the legal entities to enter the market due to cancellation of licensing procedures. Also the risk of corruption associated with the issuance of permits will be significantly reduced.", - is stated in the explanatory note.
