In accordance with the Law, legal entities must register their accounts in the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System. These changes will come into effect on February 20th2024 in civil and administrative proceedings, but on October 18th 2023 in commercial proceedings. The registration is needed to be notified of existing and future court proceedings.

To do this, you need an electronic key and a password for it. You also need to choose the official email address of the legal entity for account registration. All procedural documents will be sent to this email address, so it is important to keep an eye on it.
