Interior designer, 3D visualization and Layout

For our international client, we are searching for several INTERIOR DESIGNERS. The company is working with customized designs for shops and restaurants mostly for Scandinavian countries, though specialized orders from customers globally might occur. The company is working with wood, metal, plastic and other technical materials and creates projects from the first idea to the finished project, which makes it a very interesting job.
The competencies we need are as follows:

-          Experience in planning of layouts.

-          Experience and skills regarding project drawings for implementation of an interior project including the building process and related drawings like:

Floor plans, elevations and painting plans, electrical layout, lightening plans, etc.(Example attached)

-          Skilled in 3D renderings and visualizations. (examples of renderings attached)

-          Experience with 2D CAD drawings

-          Experience with 3D rendering software like 3d SMax or similar

-          It is an advantage with knowledge of Adobe illustrator, and Adobe photoshop

-          Knowledge and interest in international design trends

-          Good English skills is a must

Some personal skill as:

-          Good communication skills

-          Good in meeting the deadlines that you determine with the clients yourself

-          Self-motivated

-          To be a team player

-          Not afraid of making mistakes and learn from them

-          Stress resistant, as there will be several running projects simultaneously
