Production/Factory Manager

Scandinavia’s leading manufacturer of mobile solutions with over 20 years of experience for the construction and events industries with its subsidiary company in Horodok, Lviv region, Ukraine is looking for Production/Factory Manager. Company’s products consist of staff and residential cabins, mobile offices and food service cabins, as well as toilet and shower cabins.

Obligations:

• ensure daily operations by planning and organizing production, optimizing processes, maintenance and implementation of quality management, including ISO / 9001;
• develop the production team to continuously, to have high quality, efficiency and productivity;

Professional skills:

• Experience with daily management of production and purchasing;
• Experience with planning and implementing production optimization, including LEAN or other relevant approach;
• Experience with maintenance and implementation of quality management, including ISO / 9001;
• Technical experience with commissioning and operation of production equipment;
• Insight into logistical challenges and inventory optimizations;
• Preferably experience from collaboration with external transport partners;
• Natural skills with Office 365 and Axapta;
• Fluent in English.
