Office Administrator/ Personal Assistant
We are currently looking for an Office
Administrator/ Personal Assistant for full-time position
to provide administrative support to our office and our client
companies.
Our candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Excellent
English, both spoken and written is a must; (Preference given
to candidates with Translator’s diploma)
- Excellent PC skills including MS Office,
Internet, Photoshop
- Strong
organizational skills, strong responsibility, able to work
on many tasks simultaneously;
- Desire
to work in the fast pace environment of an international
company;
- Dedication
to provide the best service any time;
- German
and/or Polish will be a plus.
Functional duties:
- Office: lunch, stationary, registration
of incoming and outgoing mail, receiving guests;
- Translations:
written and oral translation, contracts, business-documentation;
- Companies'
correspondence;
- Hotel
reservations, train/air tickets;
- HR: advertising, work with resumes and recruiting
companies.
